In certain circumstances, we may retain Personal Data for longer periods of time to maintain an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation.

9. RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us that your Personal Data is being processed by us, as well as information regarding the specifics of the processing, such as: purpose, categories of Personal Data processed, recipients, retention period, source, whether we transfer it abroad and how we protect it, your rights, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Right to rectification: You may request the rectification of your Personal Data, provided that applicable legal requirements are met. Following notification of any errors, we will promptly correct your Personal Data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): In certain cases, you may request the deletion of your Personal Data, such as when: (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent for processing and we have no other legal grounds to process it; (iii) Personal Data is processed unlawfully; (iv) you exercise a legal right to object. Other circumstances also exist where we are not required to comply with this deletion request.
Right to restriction of processing: You may request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data in the following situations: (i) if you contest the accuracy of the Personal Data, for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy; (ii) if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the Personal Data, requesting restriction instead; (iii) if we no longer need the Personal Data for processing, but you require it for legal claims; (iv) if you have objected to processing, pending verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours. We may continue to use Personal Data following a restriction request if: (i) we have your consent; (ii) to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (iii) to protect the rights of another natural or legal person.
Right to data portability: To the extent that Personal Data is processed based on your consent or for the performance of a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller. This right shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
