What We Do?

Completed in 2025, the “Reform Parking House” multi-story public parking garage was built on a 2,113 sq. m surface area located in the central area of Cluj-Napoca, right next to the “Házsongárd” Central Cemetery, at 22-24 Avram Iancu Street.

Designed according to the project developed by the Dico&Țigănaș architecture and engineering firm, the building has a total built-up area of 9,984 sq. m. The facility features two underground levels, a ground floor, three upper floors, and an open, accessible rooftop terrace, providing 310 parking spaces, with over 500 sq. m dedicated to commercial and office spaces.

The parking garage was designed without columns or steep and narrow ramps. It is equipped with 20 electric vehicle charging stations and provides dedicated parking spaces for persons with disabilities as well as motorcycles.

The project represents an exclusively private investment carried out by the Pension Fund of the Reformed Church in Romania to support the public interest—contributing to the increase of parking spaces in the city center and maintaining the financial stability of the pension fund within the Reformed Church in Romania.
